I have been practising yoga since I was 15 and this eventually led me to get certified in hatha vinyasa yoga and hormone yoga therapy for women. I am actively involved in the latter, teaching in English, Slovak, Spanish and French mainly in Spain and Slovakia.
Hormone yoga has been a regular part of my yoga routine since the beginning of 2018. A couple of things about it quickly got my interest when I first heard about hormone yoga:
I got excited about this type of yoga therapy being specifically created for us women and our endocrine system, so I decided to start teaching it and spread the word among women about this natural and efficient way of addressing hormonal issues.
Young barley and chlorella Green Ways have been a part of my life for more than 10 years. They have helped my body recover from several issues, such as autoimmune diseases. I include them in my everyday diet as much as I do other types of food. Both are basically organic raw vegetables.
